Are you insured?

Yes! You can have peace of mind knowing that Waters Lawn and Landscape LLC is fully insured. Protecting you, your property, and our equipment is extremely important to us. We’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

Question 2

How will I be billed?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due at the time of service.

If you’ve signed a yearly agreement with us, you’ll receive an invoice by email on the 1st of each month. All payments must be made in full no later than the 15th of the month to avoid a late fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

• Check (made payable to Waters Lawn and Landscape)
 • Cash
 • Credit/Debit Card — once an invoice is sent, you can pay securely through the link provided at the bottom. (Please note: a small credit card processing fee applies.)
 • Venmo

Are services usually on the same day of the week?

Weather permitting, we try to maintain a consistent schedule each week.

Light rain is still workable; however, heavy rain may require us to reschedule for later in the week. Consecutive rainy days can push us back nearly a week, but we’ll do everything possible to get you rescheduled on the soonest dry day available.

Sometimes this means working weekends or later in the evenings — your lawn is important to us, and we never want to damage your property or our equipment. Your patience during those times is greatly appreciated.

Question 5

How often do you service my lawn

Accepted Answer

That depends on your service agreement and your lawn’s needs.
 • March–October (growing season):
    • Bi-weekly clients can expect 2 visits per month.
    • Weekly clients can expect 4 visits per month.

• November–February (dormant season):
You can expect at least 1 visit per month for basic maintenance, including stick and limb cleanup, mowing if needed, and blowing leaves and debris to keep your lawn looking neat.
Some clients request 2 visits per month during this period — this can easily be included in your yearly agreement.

Question 6

What do you do with grass clippings?

Grass clippings are mulched back into the lawn using a mulching kit. We keep our mower blades sharp or replaced regularly to ensure clippings are finely chopped.
These clippings are rich in nitrogen and help keep your lawn healthy and green.

*Bagging and removal of clippings can be done upon request.

Question 7

What does a "yearly agreement" mean?

Accepted Answer

A yearly agreement means your lawn is serviced all 12 months of the year. You can choose weekly or bi-weekly lawn service, along with 2–3 bush trimmings per year.
We calculate the total annual cost of your services and divide it into 12 equal monthly payments — making it simple and predictable to maintain your property all year long.
